Once your return meets the conditions of our refund policy, we send the refund back to the payment method you originally used. Items bought online can be returned by post; please write to customer service first and we will share the return address. Delivery charges are not refunded, unless the goods go back under your statutory rights (for example, they arrived faulty or were not the ones ordered).
